Faith Virginia Phillips, of Harrah, Oklahoma, passed away on May 14, 2026, in Midwest City, Oklahoma, at the age of 64. She was born on October 16, 1961, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Connie and Randy Craft.

Faith grew up in the Oklahoma City area and was a 1977 graduate of Star Spencer High School. Following high school, she was a semi-professional model. Then while working as a bartender she met her first love David Steven Phillips. With whom she married in 1983 and had their first son David D Phillips on April 20, 1985 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Shortly after the family moved to Texas where they had 3 more sons Thomas C.D. Phillips on April 23, 1986, Cody Paul Phillips on July 12, 1987 and Shadoe Steven Phillips on September 8, 1988. During this time in her life she was a stay at home wife and mother. After moving to Arkansas as a single mother, she worked as a waitress. Throughout her life, Faith worked in a variety of roles that reflected both her strong work ethic and her compassionate heart. Moving back to Oklahoma she meet and fell in love with George L. Brawner. She then became a partner at Computer Supply in Harrah. She attended Rose State college were she got her degree’s in Criminal Justice and Private Investigation. She also worked as a private investigator, served as a paralegal notary public and was a dedicated advocate against child abuse.

Faith was a woman with a vibrant spirit and a deep love for the things she believed in most — God, Country, and Family. She was proudly patriotic, carried a free-spirited “hippie” soul, and loved listening to Tesla and the Eagles. She enjoyed cooking shows, especially those featuring Gordon Ramsay, and had a special fondness for frogs. More than anything, Faith was known for her nurturing and maternal nature. To many who knew her, she was simply “Mama Faith.”

In 1995, Faith married her soulmate and the love of her life, George Brawner. Together, they shared a passion for standing up for children and worked tirelessly to bring awareness to child abuse issues, hosting multiple child abuse awareness rallies in the parks of Harrah. Faith’s compassion and determination to help others left a lasting impact on her community and on all who knew her.

Faith devoted her life to raising and loving her four sons, David, Thomas, Cody, and Shadoe, who were the pride and joy of her life. Her love extended deeply to her grandchildren, family, and friends, all of whom were blessed by her caring heart, fierce loyalty, and unwavering support. In her spare time she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Connie Craft, and by her husband and soulmate, George Brawner.

Those left to cherish her memory are her dad Randy Craft; her four sons, David Dewayne Phillips and his wife, Jennifer, Thomas CD Phillips and his wife, Laura, Cody Paul Phillips and his wife, Crystal, and Shadoe Steven Phillips and his wife, Maria Dolores Rodriguez; her ten grandchildren, Michelle, Isaiah, Asher, Christian, Roland , Lily, Zoey, Renee, Amber, and Gabriela; her brother, Donnie McKinnon; her sister, Kristi Craft; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.

Faith will be remembered for her loving heart, her strength, her unwavering devotion to those she loved, and the compassion she showed to everyone she met. Her legacy of love, advocacy, and kindness will continue to live on in the many lives she touched.
