Benjamin Charles Livingston

Benjamin Charles Livingston passed away peacefully in his sleep in Harrah, Oklahoma on June 17, 2025, at the age of 83. He was born on April 14,1942, in Lawton, Oklahoma to Benjamin Cornelius Livingston and Francis Viola (Stotts) Livingston.

Charles or Uncle Charlie, as his friends and family called him, was a strong-minded individual who loved his family and adored his nieces and nephews. He had a special place in his heart for the little children in his family. He always greeted them with a smile and a hug. In his younger days he taught his nephews how to work on cars and how to drive a tractor in the open fields of the Amber Glo Dairy Farm.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Shelly Marie Livingston and sister, Bertha Elizabeth Truman.

Survivors include his long-time domestic partner, Debbie Palliser; son, George Allen Livingston; sister, Glenda Carol Reynolds. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, and distant cousins.

In Charles’ life he found joy in working on cars and hotrods, building trikes, mowing, being outside, listening to Christian music, playing games like Yahtzee and Dominoes with his partner, Debbie. He was not a fan of anything that was related to chicken and turkeys or sports.

He had a deep faith in God. He was a true believer that everything would be okay and all would work out the way that it was supposed to. He felt strong about the teachings of the bible and put his trust in Jesus Christ. For years he would watch episodes of Benny Hinn. More recently, he would get up at 6:00 a.m. to watch his favorite preacher, Father Cedric Pisegna on tv.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 pm, Monday, June 23, 2025, at Wellston Cemetery, N3340 Road, Wellston, Oklahoma 74881.
