JANET EILEEN HAINES Janet Eileen Haines, 73, of Harrah passed from this life on May 21 in Midwest City, OK. She was born April 6, 1945 to Thomas E. and Gladys Schmoke Arndt in Cooks, Run, PA. She was a high school graduate and a homeowner in Harrah.. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred. Janet is survived by a daughter, Tammy, and her husband Jimmy Mullen of Choctaw and two sons, Fred Haines Jr. and Tyrus Haines, both of Harrah.
