Mary (Cathy) Kathryn Smith

Mary Kathryn 'Cathy' Smith, age 62, of Denton, Texas, was born August 17, 1952, in Oklahoma City, OK. She was the daughter of Melvin & Deborah (Clinkenbeard) McCarthy. She left this life on Monday, September 22, 2014, in Denton, Texas. Cathy graduated from Putnam City High School in Oklahoma City, OK. She was an artist and fantastic painter. Cathy loved to read and enjoyed traveling. She was preceded in death by her mother. Survivors include her husband, Terrance Smith, United Kingdom; 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Shannon & Wade Stout, Little Elm, TX, Lauren & Adam McNeely, Moore, OK; son, Ian Fine, Oklahoma City, OK; father, Melvin McCarthy, Harrah, OK; brother, Troy McCarthy, Stillwater, OK; 3 grandchildren, Kaylee Stout, Adam Stout and Danielle McNeely and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, September 29, 2014, at St. Teresa Catholic Cemetery, Harrah, OK, with Father Prakash Madineni officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
